North East has always been known for its grapes and expansive vineyards, however the excitement of harvest season never gets old. Reveling in this special time of year is Issa Rahal Farms.

Located on 8200 Bort Road in North East, this long standing farm stand is excited to share the grape harvest with all types of visitors. In a recent interview done with Erie News Now, owner Jeneene Rahal shared that the farm sees patrons from Ohio, Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, New York, and even Canada–all eager to indulge in North East grapes. While the grape harvest may be just another day in the year for those of us accustomed to it, it’s important to take a step back and  observe how unique our area is and the amazing things it has to offer; especially in mid-September.
