Ready to shop until you drop?

The annual Yard Sale sponsored by The North East News-Journal is Friday and Saturday, June 6 and 7 from 9 am to 4 pm.

With 30 homes in the borough and 25 in the township participating, you’re sure to score something good.

Maps are available at Sander’s Markets and The News-Journal office and include great info about other events happening this summer to ENJOY in North East.

Also this Saturday, Enjoy North East will host it’s first of 4 flea markets this summer. It runs from 10 am to 2 pm in Gibson Park.

The Flea Market is just one of the weekly themes offered throughout the summer during the Gibson Park Open Market, which begins June 7 and runs weekly through Sept. 6. (No market on July 12 because of Cherry Fest Parade.) Stop by for live music, food, produce and homegrown and homemade products.
