Saturdays are for savoring summer – and there’s no better way to enjoy it than at North East’s Gibson Park Open Market.

The market runs from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. June 15 through Aug. 31 and features live music, along with a variety of vendors with produce and locally made products.
Expect everything from fresh cut flowers and fruits to something tasty to eat and drink as you browse. Gifts and crafts handmade by local artisans will also be available.
The picturesque park is full of century old shade trees, plus picnic tables and benches for relaxing. Interactive sidewalk art will encourage you to be a kid. Or try your luck at a yard game like corn hole, giant Jenga, Candyland or Sorry.
