North East Uncorked has moved to May 5, 2018!! Two sessions will take place Saturday, May 5 at 2:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. with a 1920’s themed wine walk and murder mystery.
It’s an evening of murder, mayhem and the mob!
With the passing of prohibition and organized crime on the rise, The Grape Juice Joint, a swanky speakeasy run by Louie Marie, has been nothing but jumping. To celebrate its success, Louie has planned a party to remember at the exclusive nightspot….and you are invited!
But wait….just days before the swanky shindig Louie is found floating in Lake Erie. Police Chief Cameron says Louie was killed before he was dumped in the lake and foul play is suspected. But Louie’s wife Rosie Marie, now the sole owner of The Grape Juice Joint, says “The party will go on! It’s what Louie would have wanted.”
With murder on the menu, you are certain to find a medley of individuals to make the night most memorable. From major mobsters and their molls to the cigarette girl with a temper that sizzles and the crooked police chief with nothing to lose – no one safe from being labeled a suspect… and it’s up to you to solve the crime!
Will the culprit be a mobster’s moll who is capable of murder? The blacklisted bootlegger desperate to increase their sales? Or possibly the mob boss looking to increase his territory?
With the recipe for murder, The Grape Juice Joint will be certain to be serving up a night of mayhem to remember. It’ll be the bees knees!
